Bookstore events to celebrate MY ROOMMATE IS A VAMPIRE!

Hi! Hello! If you are getting this email, at some point you either accidentally or on purpose signed up to get infrequent author updates from me. :D Now that we are less than a month away from MY ROOMMATE IS A VAMPIRE coming into the world, I figured one of those infrequent author updates was due right about now. ;) After nearly two years of waiting, I cannot believe the cracky little vampire romcom of my heart is almost here.

I wanted to let you all know I will be appearing at two different bookstores here in Tennessee to celebrate this book’s release, in case anyone wanted to come celebrate with me. Both events are free, though both require signing up in advance.

The first event will be at Parnassus Books on August 29 here in Nashville (you can also pre-order signed copies of MY ROOMMATE IS A VAMPIRE from them)! I will be in conversation with my friend Lauren Kung Jessen, the author of the absolutely delightful Lunar Love.

And the second event will be on Friday, September 8, at 7 pm at The Book & Cover, a wonderful indie bookstore in Chattanooga, Tennessee! I will be chatting with Sarah Jackson, one of the store’s owners, and signing books, and cracking some (hopefully!) halfway decent jokes.

I have some other events tentatively planned (including one in Bloomington, IN, the wonderful college town where I lived for eleven years). When they are more set in stone, I will share them here.

Aaaaaand, there will soon be more exciting news I have to share about this book (including special editions you can order if you’re so inclined, book boxes where my book will be featured, and pre-publication recognition the book has received), but for now I think this is everything.
